
Jeremy Harrison - Founder & CEO
Jeremy founded Cornhill HR in 2000 and has over 20 years’ experience in advising our clients in the management of Human Resources. Prior to this, Jeremy trained and worked as an accountant. Jeremy provides bespoke, legally compliant advice on best practice, employment law and human resource strategy. Jeremy is also involved in marketing the Cornhill Group of companies and the operational structure of the business.
Claire Ayerst - Director
Claire joined Cornhill HR in September 2005. Claire’s previous senior management roles in media and recruitment have given her the extensive skills that she has today which she uses to support our wide range of clients at both operational and strategic levels. Recognising a need within the not-for-profit sector and using her extensive recruitment experience, Claire has been instrumental in the start up of our secondary companies, Charity HR and Cornhill Search & Selection respectively. She also has a strong hand in the operational, marketing and business development of the Cornhill Group of companies.

Rebecca Keenan - HR Administrator
Becky began at Cornhill in September 2010 as a HR Administrator having previously worked in the HR department of a national building society for over 10 years. Becky focuses on collating references, absence management, the timely processing of new starter documents and developing excellent client relationships.
Victoria Oblitey - HR Officer
Vicky started with Cornhill in March 2010 and she has extensive experience of giving HR support to a range of sectors. Vicky is based in London and specialises in working on-site with a number of our clients giving compliant HR policy advice and support on various HR and employee issues such as performance management, disciplinary matters, grievances, dismissals and absence management.
Rachael Barton - HR Administrator
Rachael joined Cornhill in June 2011 having previously worked in the HR department of a large retail company for a number of years. Rachael is based in our Cheltenham Head Office where she gives ongoing administrative support to a range of our clients; she also works on-site with one of our largest clients based in London where she is able to combine her knowledge and support with a first-hand understanding of the company.
Nicola Rampton - HR Administrator
Nicola works part-time with Cornhill and she joined us in February 2011. Nicola keeps our Cheltenham Head Office in running order by completing auditing and general administrative tasks; she also looks after one of our clients in an absence management capacity by using one of our bespoke HR databases.
Sian Ayerst-Dyer - HR Administrator / Marketing Assistant
Sian works for Cornhill HR in a part-time capacity and joined us in March 2010. Sian is responsible for absence management, auditing new and existing clients’ personnel files, and supporting her colleagues with ad-hoc administration. However, from March 2011, Sian’s responsibilities have included marketing projects, managing our free workshops and working with our IT specialist to re-design our websites.
Kim Swift - Bookkeeper
Joining in August 2009 as our Bookkeeper, Kim has a wealth of experience in bookkeeping in a wide variety of industries and brings with her the dedication and expertise to assist with the management of the finances.
