Retained Recruitment
We can provide you with an on-site Recruitment Manager for an average of 1 to 2 days a week to suit you and manage all your recruitment needs.
The work would cover all of the following:

- Produce comprehensive job and person descriptions in conjunction with you for each position to be filled.
- Trawl through our pool of candidates and identify matches for each of the vacancies.
- Where relevant, advertise within niche publications.
- Source candidates from other agencies and create a comprehensive Preferred Supplier List.
- Once identified, the Recruitment Manager will interview the candidates using competency-based questioning techniques that will be based on the core competencies for each role.
- Arrange a convenient date and time for you to interview the top three candidates for each position and supply a detailed summary and CV for each individual prior to the interview.
